Agentic operations for influencer marketing

Influencer marketing, run by AI agents.

Influmation is the agentic operating system for influencer-marketing agencies. Its agent reads the client brief, builds the campaign, shortlists and prices creators, and drafts the quotation. Once the client confirms, every booking, contract and creator link is generated from that one record.

01/The problem

One campaign. The same spreadsheet, retyped four times.

Agencies earn the margin between what a creator costs and what the client pays. That margin lives in an internal quotation that is copied by hand into bookings, contracts and acceptance reports, with every approval chased over email and chat. One FMCG launch we modelled the product on booked more than 80 creators across four tiers. Each one was a price to negotiate, a contract to draft and a post to check.

02/Product

One record, from brief to P&L.

Influmation collapses the job into a single quotation. Everything downstream is derived from it, so nothing is retyped, and the cost side of the margin stays visible to staff and hidden from the client.

03/The agent

An agent your staff can hand the brief to.

The campaign copilot works inside the same records the team uses. It is built around four rules.

  1. 1

    It never invents.

If a brief cannot be read, the agent says so and asks for it again. The only thing it may estimate is a price, and only from real signals such as past bookings and audience size.

  2. 2

    It acts, then reports.

Missing details are looked up, not asked for. Where it has to assume, it picks a sensible default, does the work and states the assumption so staff can correct it.

  3. 3

Reads are free. Writes are careful.

Lookups run without asking permission. Writes that are large or hard to reverse are proposed first and wait for a person to agree.

  4. 4

    It narrates every step.

Before each batch of tool calls it writes one plain sentence naming what it is about to touch and why. Nobody waits in silence behind a spinner.

04/Creator scoring

A creator score that admits what it doesn’t know.

Every creator carries a composite score out of 100, built from the agency’s own booking history rather than follower counts. Each dimension is ranked against the rest of the roster. The agent shortlists with it, and staff see how much evidence sits behind every number.

  • Recent work counts more

Booking history decays with a twelve-month half-life, so last year’s campaign weighs half as much as this month’s.

  • Thin data is labelled

Fewer than three completed bookings marks a score provisional. One good post does not produce a confident number.

  • Gaps are never filled in

A dimension without data is dropped and the weights are renormalised across the rest. No neutral placeholders.

  • Brand safety is a gate

An open brand-risk signal caps the score at 40. A scandal cannot be averaged away by strong view counts.

05/AI Transformation

Software alone doesn’t change how a team works. So we map it.

Our AI Transformation engagement reads an agency’s real operating procedures and org chart, task by task, and decides where AI belongs and where it does not. The answer is often less AI than people expect, placed where it pays.

  1. Class 01

    Keep human

    Judgement, relationships and accountability.

Negotiating with a client, approving a creative direction.

  2. Class 02

    Plain automation

Fixed rules that never change. No model needed.

Generating a contract from a template, sending reminders.

  3. Class 03

    AI workflow

A model doing one step inside a fixed pipeline.

Extracting requirements from a brief, checking a script.

  4. Class 04

    AI agent

Open-ended work with goals, tools and judgement calls.

Building a campaign, sourcing and pricing creators.

What the client receives

Our first report shipped in September 2026 for a Vietnamese talent agency, delivered as a private, access-controlled web report rather than a slide deck.

06/Where it stands

Built inside a working agency, one campaign at a time.

Influmation grew out of an operating influencer agency in Ho Chi Minh City. The data model was drawn from real paperwork: briefs, internal quotations, contracts and acceptance reports. Every screen exists because a live campaign needed it.

In production

  • Campaign copilot, from brief to draft quotation
  • Creator scoring and profile enrichment
  • Quotation to bookings, contracts and submission links
  • Acceptance reports and campaign P&L
  • AI Transformation reports for agencies

Building now
